Due to the attitude from Flickr, ie to keep my 3000 images on there i would have to go pro, i deleted them, this has made a mess of some of the image threads.
I know how annoying this can be, its something i dont like to see myself unfortunately it was the only answer that would suit me.

Nothing to apologize for guys. Stuff happens.

Flickr didn't screw people like Photobucket did. They wanted something in the range of $300 or some such craziness. Lucky for me I didn't have much at all on Photobucket so I could afford to lose it. As for Flickr I have nothing there, but I am weighing my options of dropping my SmugMug & opening a Pro Flickr account. It will save me a fair amount of money.
