A feature introduced on the E-M10 Mark II, which has since been added via firmware to the E-M5 Mark II and the E-M1 – Focus Bracketing is one of the most creative in-camera tools that your OM-D is capable of.

Interesting, I'd like the stacking in the EM5 II, but looks like I'll have to wait for the EM 1 II.

I think that besides your great BIF Skill you are a great close-up shooter as well.

What is exactly the problem about focus peaking? I use it very often. Or did you mean that you just go into it?

May have remembered why, ime using the sigma stopped down to F11 it could be not enough light for the peaking, will test it later.

Been researching focus stacking a bit more, never bothered much with my sigma macro being manual focus, i do like the idea that you can program a delay between shots so the flash can recharge,it opens up macro shots in the house if the weather is against me, hope my lens comes soon.:D
May pick up a cheap radio release because i can be a bit clumsy now and knock the camera when pressing the shutter if its on a tripod.

I have just ordered the 60mm macro. Oly are doing cashback deals in Europe, I got £50. Plus I got a £20 voucher from Wex and checked if I could use that as well they said Yes - so very happy.

Any one use Picolay, its a free stacking progam but it also does 3D gifs, i go on the main page no problem then if i click to look at any details i get a Mcaffe warning, i do know Mcaffee can a bit over sensitive sometimes.

    Couldn't wait.
Hand held shot of tiny flower. Even at F/8 the DOF is very thin. Need to get it on a tripod and try stacking.
