Wonder if they will push the 1 series now?,i would find it annoying as i would have committed to that instead of m4/3,too late now though.

What a damn shame. I hope Mike is right and some attention will be made on the Nikon 1. A couple weeks ago I shot the V2 for my weekly challenge. Still love, love, love the body and experience but realized I had to spend a bit more time in post to clean up noise, etc. I've been thinking about how much nicer the RAW files are out of Laurie's J5 and debating whether to sell the V2 and get another J5. I'm still suprised at how many Nikon 1 shooters I see when I travel.

Chuck: Laurie and I are off to Florida for a week and plan to spend two days with the folks from Nikonites at the Circle B nature preserve. I'm bringing the 70-300mm for Laurie to shoot with her J5. (I may have to try it to make sure it is working.) I'll post some pictures next week. Long Live the Nikon 1!

Rumor that Nikon could re announce the DL range this year.

That would be surprising on one hand but pretty smart to use the R&D effort they already have spent.

To me that would make sense. They have much time & money invested in the DL range. Hope they didn't destroy the tooling when they canceled them.
