    It is a nice lens, i do prefer longer though for more working distance, the meik flash has no problem with power when i use the 105mm.

    I think that the lens is great for still and food closeups.

    But if I wanna get such a macro lens, I think I would buy the 60mm. Which I consider very much a few days.

    Back to my Nikon Time I used the 40mm Macro. It is a superb lens, but the focus distance was just not right for me.
